Singapore Golf Association (SGA) has implemented a Centralised Handicapping System (CHS). This system provides a modern and unified platform for golf handicapping, allowing golfers to post their scores anywhere on the go via the online portal or mobile app.
All golfers must register for an online account on the CHS. Members who do not register:
- will not have a valid USGA Handicap Index
- will be able to play socially but excessive penalty scores will apply
- will not be able to play in golf competitions such as Monthly Medals, Inter-Club Leagues and in-house tournaments
